Well my first guess was that you gave a presentation entitled Famous and Influential Diarists from Montreal, but then I remembered that William Shatner's diary isn't famous. So the other theory is that you talked about People More Famous than Tom Haythornthwaite who have also suffered from Kidney Stones. (Alternate titles include: The Diuretics of Samuel Pepys or Stone Trek.)
If it were just William Shatner I would have said "Hambone Actor Trolls Who Have Had Kidney Stones and Other Urethral Maladies." However, seeing as Mr. Pepys is there as well, I'll have to go with Tom and say "Famous People With Kidney Stones." But why famous people? Are their kidney stones semi-precious or something?
